Upload instructions: (must have some Unity knowledge)

-open the Jade package and import the newest vrc SDK along with the arktoon shaders provided and poiyomi toon shaders. (i used version 7.2.41, if you run into issues you may need to download and use this version.)

-drag the scene into the hierarchy.

-now you can upload to vrchat :)
